A Person So Familiar

You know how it is when you go to new places, you always get know that someone you find similar to those you already know...mine happened a year after i came to US and i would say it was a coincidence that i met her...

It was last semester when i got to know her...she works at the same place as me but we did not know each other until much later...it was through a friend that i started talking to her but i did not talk much because i wasn't good at mandarin...so i did not put much effort to get to know her...

But there was this one night when everything changed and i started to see her differently...she called me that night and we talked for 3 hours...she told me many things about her life, family and problems...as we talked on that night, this girl started to become someone so familiar to me...her character, the way she thinks, things she likes, the way she smiles...it all reminded me of my best friend Kylie....

Both Kylie and 琳洁 share the same age...they like hanging around guys more and feels that love problems are complicated...u wouldnt believe it that they even had the same thought when i asked them something...how similar can 2 person be??...it was like looking at a reflection...琳洁 felt like someone that i knew long ago...

It was those little little things she did to me that touches me the most...i still remember once there were alot of people hanging over at my house...everyone were so happy except for me...she realize i was sad and came over to cheer me up...there were also countless times when i dont understand what she said, she will patiently explain it to me again...thank you so much~!!

I used to bully her alot last time but during these few weeks, i cared for her...it was during spring break when she came over to stay that i realized i care for her alot...i made sure she slept well, tug her into bed, made sure she wasnt feeling cold especially her feet, made sure she brings her things when she goes out, help her with things and look out for her...

I think the reason i cared for her so much is because i do not want to see her being bullied or teased by people...i know there are people who always say things that are not nice to her, tease her being like a boy, tease her for not having a good body and many more...i dont know how she can always take it as a joke...

But i wanna let her know that i do not think the same like others do...to me, she is a very nice and caring girl...a girl that loves her family alot...A, B or C size doesnt matter...the most important is the size of your heart...and the food that she cook was great and i admire her effort to try and learn...thanks for your cooking!!...
